Management Evolution Program
We are looking for graduates in the field of engineering, economic engineering or equivalent with an interest in business management who are:
- young professionals with 1-2 years of entry-level experience or recent graduates with experience gained through various internships, equivalent university work or PhD,
- with excellent exam results,
- with clear potential for management development,
- at least 6 months of foreign experience and
- fluent English and basic knowledge in another language (basic German if possible).
